Pros

- WLB isn't too bad - Managers and seniors willing to mentor - Pay is decent

Cons

- Same repetitive work - Feel like nothing is really meaningful when you iterate on small code changes - high effort, low impact work - some co-workers were toxic in the beginning, tribal knowledge, not supporting their fellow colleagues

Soul Suckers

Pros

Diversity Open Culture VTO (when they have enough people to actually support the call volume.)

Cons

Take no consideration of employee concerns. They took every tool used to help customers away. They don’t care about employees health or work/home balance. The metric system is literally a scam, they make it impossible to bonus and if you do they do not pay you for a month after. They are not accommodating to unexpected life circumstances. They expect for you to pay for own internet even though it originally was an office job with no extra compensation.
