Pros
Fantastic management team in my department. Talent Management puts the Team in Team Work. There are so many opportunities available to grow with the company.
Cons
It's really not a "con" in the traditional sense, but one struggle I'm having as a new employee of 3 months, is that of learning one system, while transitioning to an entirely new system. But we are all in the same boat and learning together. I have a wonderfully supportive, informed, encouraging team.
