Pros

Wayfair is the most open-minded, forward-thinking and inclusive organization I've ever worked for. The people who work for Wayfair are not only some of the most brilliant people I've ever gotten the chance to work with but they're also some of the most hard-working and truly warm-hearted people as well. I am extremely grateful to be part of this company and plan/hope to be here for many more years to come!

Cons

Not a con but because of Wayfair's tremendous growth (which is amazing & impressive) there's a lot of work to do and the work must be done with considerable agility which can be challenging at times - but that's how I become a better professional every day (silver lining).

Pros

Great benefits, open floor that you can ask for help easily. Snack wall was free and had pretty good snacks. Good incentive plans.

Cons

Very strict metrics. Even though I was a top revenue seller, because I didn't have sell to a high enough percentage of people I was laid off. Several others as well.
