Pros

The autonomy is wonderful. Being able to do what we feel is right for the customer. The transparency within the company is awesome knowing what is going on from the top down.

Cons

How fast we are growing and being able to keep up with the volume of contacts from the customers..

Pros

Wayfair invests in its employees and loves to hire from within. There is a clearly defined career path. In less than a year and a half I was able to reach the career goal I set on day 1. I have been through multiple departments, but was never pushed out. There is no "push up or out" mentality, but they do encourage going up if you are interested. Benefits are also great and start on day 1! Pay, PTO, and culture are all better than other call centers in the area.

Cons

Since Wayfair is growing fast, some of the growing pains are felt in customer service. They are helping by hiring more people, but there are some growing pains in the meantime. This is adversely impacted the culture, although that problem does not go unaddressed.
