      Not a bad place, before they went publicly traded

      Pros

      Decent atmosphere, often good management, lots of company events and food trucks come every week, usually every day. Some departments are amazing to work in.

      Cons

      Some departments are very strenuous and managed poorly. Office politics are massive, favoritism is common. Lack of support to grow within some positions. Workplace hostility is not uncommon.

      Great place to learn and grow quickly, lots of opportunities, flexible working environment, easy to move around teams!

      Cons

      Free beer - no one would normally think of this as a con, however, for those of us who cannot drink beer, I felt as though I was getting less out of the company than those who consistently drank the free beer.

      16.50 per hour, not bad to start, medical, dental 401k

      Cons

      I have been with the company almost 4 years and it is a popularity contest, if one supervisor decides they don't like you, they will block your progress to ever move forward...The job description constantly changes, adding more and more onto your daily routine for the same pay rate. The calls of course are back to back most of the day, and weekends are even worse with limited employee coverage and excessive calls in que all day!
