-All decisions at the company are made by Niraj alone, who surrounds himself with "yes men" who agree with everything he says. -Senior execs hire experts so that they can get promoted but don't allow their experts to actually be experts -Teams function in silos so there is a lot of duplication of work -Salary is just funny money as Niraj refuses to acknowledge that the stock is tanking and keeps giving false promises -Wayfair is very close minded and non-inclusive when it comes to people who think differently or challenge the "norms" of what the majority believes -Wayfair leadership chooses to ignore data that doesn't suit their narrative and has been caught actively lying about data in order to make them seem right -Since Wayfair has refused to bring on third parties, they overhire to recreate the wheel resulting in multiple layoffs and inability to keep up with competitors
