They provide you with lots of sugary snacks throughout the day, along with unlimited soda

Cons

Management there is anything but. It all runs off of politics, who is friends with who. HR knows little about their job and do not help you with your needs. The atmosphere is depressing and stressful and there is no moral what-so-ever there. They do not care about your tenure or your stats, they care on how much you will kiss up before you are completely used and abused. Then they will throw you to the curb.

Opportunity to learn and implement programs (SQL, Excel, PPTX) at an intermediate level. Fun environment, great coworkers, decent benefits, free branded swag, good office location.

Cons

Extremely difficult to move up. Zero transparency despite it being a company value. Lower level employees are discouraged from taking on bigger projects and remain "soldiers" .
