Awful pay, which may not seem like such a bad thing right out of school, but they also don't treat their employees great. I made friends in different departments and each person I spoke to equally disliked their experience. People also switch teams/departments so quickly it's hard to even make friends. The work is very boring, you'll most likely be sitting at a desk for 8 hours without speaking to a single person. I stayed for two years just to have that on my resume, but I've never been happier after leaving. You also don't get many holidays off, maybe four a year whi
