      Pros

      Wayfair offers young people the opportunity to take on a great deal of responsibility at a young age. The work environment is very fast paced and allowed for folks to get their hands dirty right off the bat. The company takes its young and energetic culture very seriously, and makes sure that employees are given the chance to let loose and have fun as well. Teams are encouraged to go out on a monthly basis together, and department/company outings happen at least once a quarter. Free snacks are always a favorite, as well as coffee. The new office is great, and stays true to the cool vibe of the company. Overall, it is a really great place to work, and let's you figure out what you are good at.

      Cons

      Salaries are lower than most would like. Promotions are very much merit-based, and often it isn't explicitly clear what it takes to get from one level to another.
