Pros

This is a good first job out of college. The pay is okay (not great), and it's a pretty low commitment job assuming you don't drink the cool-aid. It's a younger company too.

Cons

Unless you're 100% down with the philosophy of "make the company as much money as possible without getting anything for yourself", this is not the most satisfying job in the world. In fact, I hated it for the last two years I was there. It's a young company, which also means your boss is generally 23-30 years old, inexperienced, and afraid of getting in trouble. They fire people pretty regularly, and change things constantly. My advice: get what you can out of it, and then get out.
