Yearly layoffs Limited upwards mobility Regular re-orgs and limited backfills High turnover So many services on KTLO since skeleton crew teams of 5 or less are trying to keep everything afloat with what used to be 30 people. Many teams offshore and coordination and support is pretty bad compared to how it used to be
