Pros

Foot-in-the-door, food, decent apartment, and some spending money on a month-to-month basis in the city of Boston. Not to mention, the workplace is huge so there are plenty of opportunities to befriend someone or just talk to someone new.

Cons

Management does what they can. In my eyes, it seems like a very unfulfilling, thankless, and volatile job to be a part of upper management. They are both needed and unneeded. The most important thing is that they help to dilute the layers of responsibility so that the engineers don't eat dirt, but they're very insecure and need to assert unnecessary things often as a result.

Pros

"Managers very cool, always encourage good work-life balance" (in 82 reviews) "Casual work culture; flexbility offered; people friendly; free snacks; fun events"

Cons

The growth is so fast and intense, it's not a pace everybody can keep up with. Relatively lower compensations for entry level.
