Pros

good stock, nice set of engineers. the engineers are the best. they do quick visa transfers to get the engineers quickly. they can pay market rate thats all. recruiters are very good and treat people nicely.

Cons

worst management in mobile. under qualified and less knowledgeable and political management in mobile team that only waits to get job done from senior employees. Once your work is done they terminate you. don't touch this company with a 10 foot pole. highly political; you only survive if you are underpaid.

Pros

Will be extremely relaxed if you work here - zero stress Very flexible hours due to lack of interesting work There are a few strong engineering teams and people are pretty chill

Cons

Poor culture - largely homogenous and doesn't try to diversify The work isn't very interesting - this company isn't very innovative and claims to have a culture of moving quickly and breaking things, but it actually moves very slowly...and still manages to break things Management is subpar - getting promoted mostly relies on politics rather than actual skill Poor quality of engineering - not only is the codebase terrible, but there are many engineers here who are incompetent - stay away from working with them as much as possible and switch teams if you need to Compensation is far below market value - if you can work at a top tech company they will pay you far more than what you would earn here in terms of both base salary and equity
