      Pros

      The people and the opportunity. The facility and the benefits are great. Everyone works as a team and the opportunity for advancement is evident by how many employees have grown up in the company.

      Cons

      None. If you want a career in construction there really are no cons. The company cares about the employees and takes care of them.

      Excellent benefits, exciting and challenging work, lots of work available, good supervisors.

      Cons

      As long as you are a skilled tradesmen with a good attitude, you won't find any cons.

      Pros

      Wayne Brothers is a great place to work!! It is a great atmosphere to work in. Managers and supervisors really seem to care about the employees. Wayne Brothers caters to not only office staff but also craft workers twice a week. I do not know another company that does that. We have a great training program as well. There is plenty of opportunity to excel as long as you take the initiative.

      Work in the field is tough. But what construction job isn't.
