      Pros

      I do not know of any other company that commits the money or recourses that Wayne Brothers does to training. Excellent employees, good benefits and pay. I do not know of any construction company that serves all of its employees lunch every week. Not once a week but twice a week. Wayne Brothers strives to be the number 1 construction company.

      Work is a challenge and that's how I enjoy it.

      No pros. Nothing to learn and the culture is rotten

      Horrid culture. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. I cannot stress this warning enough. You have to be a certain type of person to fit in here, if you catch my drift. You have been warned.

      Good friendly environment and the pay was very good.

      Work was rough, one brake for 13 hours a day 6 days a weak.
