      Decent pay, long hrs, work is always rushed

      Benefits are a big bonus, always getting overtime and pay rate is decent, need time off just have to request it from human resources

      Cons

      No communication, and work is always rushed for mediocre finish, never know what is going on day to day

      Pros

      The people and the opportunity. The facility and the benefits are great. Everyone works as a team and the opportunity for advancement is evident by how many employees have grown up in the company.

      Cons

      None. If you want a career in construction there really are no cons. The company cares about the employees and takes care of them.
