good pay, great benefits, lower management is great but the upper management is sometimes clueless to what to do in stressful situations

Cons

long hours, stressful at times, you will have no life if you are in management, they expect the world from you at times

Pros

If you are a salary employee the money is great and the bonuses are better. The company is local and the commute is short.

Cons

The hiring process is not fair nor is the promotion process. There is a lot of favoritism and the hourly employees do not get to purchase company products.

pay, benefits, weekends off, paid holidays. and the job i do, i enjoy it. by far it is the best job i've had and would and do recommend it to my friends who are looking for something better.

Cons

if your one minute late that counts as half a day, more than thirty minutes late is considered as being out all day.if you go home u have to bring back Dr.'s excuse or you'll be suspended for five days, no Dr.'s excuse needed if they send u home.
