They pay you well for the work The QC Department was AWESOME!!

Cons

They abuse employees. Management is biased, negligent, and demeaning to hard working employees. Supposed company values are unattainable due to the amount of nepotism that clouds objectivity. They do not hire the right people for their jobs, they just hire a pulse to fill a slot. Worst place I have ever worked.

Sexual harassment at this location is extremely out of control Decent BCBS Insurance Up to 12 weeks paid maternity leave 11 paid holidays

Cons

Spending less than 12 hours there daily as a Supervisor is frowned upon; because the turnover rate is extremely high for nightshift at this location, they won’t allow you to relocate or apply for other dayshift jobs even ones that pay significantly less; turnover rate for hourly employees is high as well, so you’re expected to put up with certain behaviors out of fear of having to struggle to replace them

Good pay, great employee's, benefits are good

Cons

Understaffed,over worked, some management not really qualified, favoritism, job bids are to fo off seniority and knowledge but they do not do that. If hurt you still have to work even if it their fault.
