Work from home, pretty flexible in terms of making adjustments for your home life, free food from time to time.

Cons

Culture is terrible. It used to be one of the selling points but now it's all about the bottom line. It used to be a close knit, family environment with plenty of fun events that broke up the monotony. Now it's work to the bone, don't give a damn about you or your family. All about the bucks. Simon Nynens who was an amazing man, that was really the heart of the company was forced out and is no longer the CEO. There's been 2-3 "CEOs" since then, none of them who give a damn about their employees, none of them as hands on, all of them with primary focus on the bottom line. Definition of corporate savages. You are merely a number to these people.
