Pros

WFH for 2 days was only good here.I believe it won’t last long as they are installing more cubes and computers.

Cons

They make you to work crazy and after 2 years if company share doesn’t increase they will terminate you. Pay is very low . Not much benefits

Pros

Flexible time, management is very easy going, awesome work place, most positions allow for 3 days working from home

Cons

Salary isn't as competitive as some other companies that do similar things, however since Wayside is on the smaller side, the pay is understandable.
