Pros

Wayspring is a mission driven organization where the people, from the top to bottom, truly care about the work we do. We are moving out of our start-up phase, where change was constant and difficult to manage, into a more mature business who knows what they're doing and knows that it is working and changing lives, which is incredible to be a part of.

Cons

Now that we know who we are, making sure that everyone is on the same page. Growing out of the start-up and constant change means we need to take the time to step back and make sure we're all moving forward together with the same information and understanding (and workflows!). This is a change of pace from the consistent change, offering different growing pains and highlighting different opportunities for growth, communication, and collaboration. This is less a con and more the place where we are in our business growth.
