Pros

Waystar is a leader in healthcare technology and client satisfaction. They have a growing sales organization that fosters career development and growth. The culture is upbeat and high energy.

Cons

With any high-growth company, things move very fast. Being adaptive is critical. I look at this as mostly a pro because of the growth tied to it.

Striving For Greatness

Pros

The people make this a nice place to work. I see two different development cultures are working as a team trying to understand each other's products and methods striving for full integration in a very short time. I have created new working friendships and learned new environments. Benefits are reasonable for the financial ratios. For now I am allowed to grow and possible advance.

Cons

Merging technological cultures is difficult work mentally and emotionally. The environment in such a merger creates suspicions, justified or not, that are difficult to get past since most new hires are in Louisville.

Bringing together companies to make an even stronger company to meet the needs of our clients creates opportunities and challenges to overcome. I'm thrilled to hear that you've benefited from the new team member relationships as well as learning something new. Thanks for the advice for more clear communications so that everyone understands the message as it was intended. We'll work on that! Of course, if you have questions, please reach out to your leader and we'll do our best to help clarify anything we can. Take care! Susan
