Pros

Lots of free alcohol. Great way to meet the hustlers around town.

Cons

Little to no opportunity for upward mobility. Decisions about promotions are based on arbitrary decisions made by recently-graduated kids.

Pros

There is great camaraderie at WeWork and constant inspiration. There is a lot of room for growth so it's easy to envision yourself with the company for a long time. The company also offers great benefits for their employees!

Cons

The hours can be long at times but the people that you get to work with make it worth it.

Front desk to HR--Oof

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Snacks, coffee, nice break rooms, good networking opp to meet with other companies, and some good coworkers.

Cons

Long hours, terrible management, HR is a joke. One I know went from front desk to HR in NYC. He does a terrible job, does not respond to candidates (like, ever) and does not portray the company well.
