Pros

Nice design to physical work space.

Cons

Coworkers come across as welcoming, but you will quickly learn no one has your back during faults if you are new. If you are not TRULY bought into the culture, it is hard to take seriously. Extremely low pay for hours you are asked/required to work. I was hired into one location, and moved into another I was not as passionate about without any sort of conversation prior to. Hard conversations twisted, i.e they have a script in their head they want you to follow/certain words you 'need' to say.

Pros

-Amazing colleagues who not only are like minded and intelligent, but almost always are willing to lend a hand with any of the tasks and issues that arise day in and day out. -Free coffee, free beer, free food almost daily -Overall mission of the company is very cool; enabling small businesses to succeed in a communal working environment is not only unique but something WeWork does extremely well

Cons

-Unless you are willing to pucker up to people that are down right revolting, you will not be able to advance your career. There is no merit based advancement. If you aren't liked by the inner circle, you will not move upwards. -Zero support from HQ/Upper Management for you, your team, or your opportunity to advance your career -Toxic work environment where you are constantly wondering whether your job is safe; even if you kill it day in and day out -False promises from day one until they inevitably show you the door. -You will not be able to say NO to clients, no matter how ridiculous their requests are. If you do, be prepared to get a lashing.
