Cons
It was the most game of thrones, political organization I have ever been a part of. The only solution to being a diverse, equitable, or inclusive place was to talk about recruiting low-level, junior positions at HBCU (also, they never even did the actual recruitment). I was required to work 70+ hours and drop whatever I was doing for the cult of the company (sometimes traveling thousands of miles because someone was sick). This company tries to fire 20% of the staff every 6 months and dislikes any previous experience. This may be the single worst company I have ever worked for and it put my health and relationships at risk. But it's okay. They have fruit water.
