Pros

Loved the property I helped manage, but the company was going through a ton of changes in 2019. If policies and procedures have been better implemented, it would have been a gem of a company.

Cons

Mandatory attendance of TGIM (Hosted by different sites) was a little much to ask for. It's required to stay after normal working hours just to mingle with other co-workers. Some employees are trying to balance family time and this was inconvenient to say the least.
