Cool work spaces. Great coworkers.

Cons

List is too long. Leadership lacks leadership. The inherent bias that you find in most corporate settings was alive and well (and, ignored)

Pros

Internal employee network, extremely helpful and collaborative. Excellent benefits. Ability to visit any WeWork in the world if traveling and work from there.

Cons

Company has a cult like, 'Drink the Kool-aid' mentality. HR 'The People Team' is a joke, when filing harassment complaints nothing is ever done with them. They do not properly train management or recruit proper management talent for their teams and that trickle's down into every department. When the company came crashing down because of the Co-Founder, no one else in the company mattered and transparency was non-existent. Everyone was disposable and thrown out with the trash.
