Pros

WeWork does one thing really well and that’s hiring for culture fit. Each team member is unique and ambitious, it’s truly a melting pot of talent. Creative freedom to try and execute new ideas is refreshing. At management level, I did feel like I could influence decision making for future processes which I enjoyed. The amount of members you could meet and opportunity for networking was truly unmatched.

Cons

Constant change in leadership, many perks taken away, frequent restructuring, little clarity with company direction, poor treatment of community team during first Covid lockdown
