Pros

Great culture of two-way feedback; No hierarchical issues or bureaucracy; Really good focus on diversity and inclusion; Flexibility with workspace/timings/locations etc. One of the best work environments I've ever been in.

Cons

Still a young company so you have to put up with growing pains and quick changes in direction/focus;

Pros

Right from the interview round to the onboarding process, I can say that it has been a smooth and very well organized process. As far as the work culture is concerned, there is a strong emphasis on work-life balance, learning opportunities snd employee-first approach.

Cons

Sometimes changes or decisions that come in from the leadership can be better relayed and also well in advance so that employees can work more efficiently towards the end goal. This could help avoid duplication of work in many instances
