Out of the startup phase

Pros

-You meet some incredible people. -The environment is trendy -Great networking and events

Cons

-Don't let them fool you, because this company is controlled in SF and NY, you are stuck in front of a computer 90% of the day. You sit at a desk, trouble shoot printer problems, billing issues, and all the while your head is buried in your computer for hours. Walk into almost any WeWork and the community team is face down on their computer. -Young management comes up with "great ideas" so they will implement the idea, force you to sit on a conference call with 20 other people to discuss things, which turns into everyone wanting to give "input" so they can be noticed and nothing getting done. This is happening while you are short staffed, your building is busy but you are stuck on a pointless call. -This is no longer a startup, this is a multi-billion dollar corporation and if you've been in a corporate environment, expect the same management structure, a little younger but with a cooler work environment.

Pros

Wonderful colleagues. Very smart, passionate, and kind people. The best part about working here was getting to learn how to succeed despite a toxic environment.

Cons

Party culture. Overworked/underpaid. Disorganized management. Rampant nepotism. Lack of values, despite what they boast. Very few women in management and no significant plans to change that. Random firings.
