Pros

You'd certainly have a good time at the company parties.

Cons

Not an ideal place for people of color due to the lack of diversity, biases, and poor management that does not understand how to interact with difficult cultures.

Not a place for long term

Pros

free food, employee engagement, beer/wine, swag, flexibility with work locations

Cons

no 401K match, people are in leadership roles that shouldn't be. No strategic planning. Company makes rash decisions and then makes a plan after things are said and done. The perks of a cool start up are not enough to stay here long term. Culture is cult-ish.
