      Zero growth possibilities beyond Community Manager Compensation is some of the lowest in the industry Job titles are far below the job requirements and day-to-day tasks very little appreciation is shown to top-tier employees. Barely a "thank you"

      I loved my time at WeWork for the people who made it a memorable experience and an exciting journey. The work was fast paced and constantly creating ways for me to be agile in my career

      Cons

      The chaos of the companies IPO and the financial instability made for a tense 6 months. With mass layoffs it was hard to see that the leadership valued it's team that had built them for so many years
