      My team is great and most people I work with are smart, honest and hardworking

      Cons

      This is a personal playground for the CEO, Execs, and upper management. The executive and management level staff are extremely self serving. They promote a "We" attitude, hire young impressionable collage grads who don't know any better and keep them drunk with free booze. Believe me, they don't care about you or their "brand"; their only brand is money and how much they can siphon from the members.

      Pros

      Much more fast-paced and therefore more exciting than a traditionally corporate job.

      Cons

      There's no distinction between personal and professional life here. You will get emails at any hour of any day, and an angry text if you don't respond within an hour. No way to ever truly take a dat off. "My work self is suffocating my life me!"

      Pros

      Options - Pending IPO (these are very rarely awarded now), relaxed dress and attitude, pleasant coworkers.

      Cons

      Uncompetitive pay, little upward mobility, extremely disorganized and chaotic environment, unhealthy culture, never-ending deadlines, non-existent work life balance, incompetent management, nepotism and corruption from the top down. Just about anything that can be wrong in a workplace can be found at WeWork. Expect to have 5 levels of managers, disparate ever changing initiatives, an un-manageable workload and zero recognition and reward for your work. A truly toxic work environemnt with the hypocritical mission of "Make a life, not a living".
