Pros

wework had a good culture and high potential business case before the failed IPO

Cons

SB put in the wrong management team to turn around the company. The new management is old, ancient, took the culture and values out of wework, fired everyone and changed the product.. from a business case perspective SB might as well should have started a new company rather than putting all of the employees through such trama - I really hope Marcelo learned his lesson of not trusting old real estate executives that talk a lot and cant deliver on a bigger opportunity. Very disappointing outcome for everyone involved.
