Culture has shifted since being acquired, looming layoffs, Leadership is not aligned which leads to confusion, lack of clarity on purpose or priority when execution is concerned, very short timelines with lack of detail or scope being identified in the lead time.

There was in incredible lack of diversity. Minorities and POC would consistently get looked over for promotions and new job opportunities. When I attempted to make a case to HR, they retaliated by stunting my growth in the company. You are expected to work incredibly long hours without taking lunch breaks. If you did opt in to taking your by-law mandated break, bosses would question your dedication to your work. Members of the WeWork office would make terrible comments to my employees of color, asking them to "learn to speak better english," question black women's head wraps, and even once a WeWork member called my employee a racial slur and there were no consequences. The company did nothing to protect their workers of color and it was ultimately a big choice in why I decided to leave.
