Pretty much everything. You have to pay for your own parking, which can cost over $2,000 a year that they do not reimburse you for any of it. The bonus structure is so confusing that you have no way to track it. Upper management is not transparent at all. They considered the community staff the "Front Line Workers" throughout COVID but the yearly raise they gave us is laughable.... I won't say what it is but I will say it is less than what is recommended for cost of living raises per year. They changed the bonus structure to be annual instead of quarterly, so if you leave at any point during the year say goodbye to money you worked for. Upper management is not transparent, they make everything seem so positive but are constantly closing buildings and laying off employees and calling it "right sizing the company".

As the header noted, the company is going through growing pains and still trying to figure out their model/morals. They will need to constantly work this for several years until they get it right. They need to go back to their basics (which they've begun the process) and will be a toxic place during these years.
