Pros

Full time barista, lots of happy hours, very social

Cons

Leadership seems to be very sketchy, and is fairly selfish with their actions and priorities.

Pros

-Fast Paced -Employee-Centric -Lots of Opportunity for Growth -Value/Culture/Community Driven -Beautiful HQ's/Offices throughout NYC -Global 24/7 Access -Competitive Pay -Great Benefits + PTO (1st year 20 Days + 9 National Holidays + Unlimited Sick) -Leadership -Bathroom Access in NYC (bigger deal than you think) Being able to have access to restrooms pretty much anywhere in the city come in handy. -Events: Happy Hours, Trivia, Culture Clubs, ext. -Cold Brew on Tap, Kombucha, Seltzer, and Barista Bar (save tons of money not buying coffee) Honestly, I love working at WeWork. Don't let the news/media distort the image of a company that really cares about employees, inclusiveness, community building, volunteering, career growth, personal growth, and transparency. WE all know the situation that one of our Founders put us in with the big IPO flop. But the company is alive and well with amazing Leadership and a very bright future. You will be very hard pressed to find a place that is so positive and constructive. Being able to work out of different offices, private desks, couches, lounges, and more makes a huge difference in my productivity. No one likes sitting at the same desk, surrounded by the same people, day in and day out. I get the opportunity to meet individuals in every department, all management levels, and skill sets and feel more apart of a company than ever.

Cons

-Fast Paced (sometimes too fast) -IPO Flop (but not an issue currently) There really isn't too many cons I can think of that are related to the company currently. Not trying to dwell on what could've/should've been if everything worked out perfectly. But in general, it's the best company I have ever worked at from an employee, workplace, culture, and environment.
