Pros

WeWork hires great people who make wonderful friends

Cons

On community teams, you are tied to a building 9am to 6pm and can go a little stir-crazy being hospitable and helping members constantly. There is no flexibility in schedules and are treated like a glorified receptionist. Higher ups and upper management treats you like hired help, even though without the Community teams and all the hard work we do, this company would have been done like Adam Neumann. Not really many growth opportunities within this company and they don’t seem to realize they should re-invest in current employees, that know their business.

Pros

A lot of flexibility and ability to lean many aspects of the business. Cool work space. Good benefits.

Cons

Leadership is confused and does not have good direction. Information does not flow well. People tend to hold information tight to their jacket worrying someone will do better than them.

Pros

High pay, great benefits and company perks, flexible working schedule, working from home allowed (within reason), no micromanagement, coffee bar all day!

Cons

Few successful processes/systems in place, disorganized/no structure, no one ever knows what's going on, lack of proper (qualified) management, independent working style/not much collaboration (you generally work alone in your discipline), overall office environment feels very "every man for himself", little room to grow as opposed to what they have you believe/sell you, difficult to receive a raise, lack of in-person communication (discussions, of all types, mostly occur via Slack)
