      Pros

      As much as the news speaks badly of the company situation, everybody in the company mostly remains positive and continue delivering the work required. Also, the manager that I got to work with is considerably young but incredibly humble and inspiring. He is constantly empowering and always doing the best for his team, which makes working for the company a lot better

      Cons

      Perhaps the biggest con is the lack of progression opportunities despite putting in the work but understandable given the current economy.
