Pros

Good company, great work environment, a lot of autonomy, good benefits and bonuses

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth. Even if your manager lets you know that you deserve it, they just may not have any available positions for a promotion. My boss let me know I’ve been qualified for over a year now, but the role above mine doesn’t have any vacancies at the moment. People feel stuck at this job. Honestly, use it to connect to people in different industries, gain your experience, and leave after 2 years if you’re not promoted by then. I currently have an interview at TikTok so wish me luck!

Pros

Good to great benefits, culture of generosity and mutual support, flexible and dynamic work environment, fun and beautiful workspaces filled with people who truly enjoy their work

Cons

Not excellent benefits, slow to nonexistent job and salary growth opportunities in most departments despite responsibilities far exceeding job roles, communication gulf between senior management and ground teams
