Pros

Challenging work and currently challenging times, however, the people, for the most part, are not only very smart but the best group of folks I've ever worked with.

Cons

We are currently very lean which can be very challenging

Pros

I met some of my favorite people who were members at my building. The members genuinely cared about me and treated me well. You can make such great connections with CEO's and people you would never get to meet otherwise. There is little dress code. A good role for someone out of college. -When youre done at 5, youre done for the day.

Cons

Where to begin. First -MY BIGGEST AGGRAVATOR: 5 days a week in office with NO COVERED PARKING. How do you expect us to pay $240 a month for parking and live off of these 40k salaries. The employee appreciation is laughable. I worked in a bad part of the city. Free parking was a 10 min walk away, in threat of getting mugged. Got it. -The pay. Literally an unlivable wage with not even a conversation to be had about even a 50 cent raise. (what happens when your company is broke) -benefits. They took away our therapy this year. Raised healthcare costs. ok... -CA's literally do most of the hard work, make the least. Funny how that works. -Why are we doing all of the leasing's team work? Why are we the ones doing tours? LEASING MAKES DOUBLE WHAT I MAKE. WHY AM I DOING YOUR JOB? We have enough to do on our own. They also love to ask you to train new members, with no pay as well. -Looking to cut costs in every way that effect the employees, no one else. -WE DO NOT NEED TO COME IN FRIDAYS. OR HAVE EVERYONE THERE FRIDAYS. ITS SO EXTRA. -Management barely even gets to know you. One of my favorite moments is when they did special employee shoutouts describing a employees personality and it was just all wrong. -Put in dangerous situations. Had members who were clearly homeless and mentally ill making others in our space uncomfortable and managers said "thats not enough to kick them out" avoiding confrontation much? We deal with the consequences of danger, not you. Be more mindful of our safety. -the minuscule budget for events but expected to put on x amount of budgets. Be serious. thats my rant. thanks.
