Laid off after 3 months not much pros besides my team was super great

Cons

Laid off after 3 months.. with pretty much no warning. I asked during the interview process about layoffs and they were very candid about needing this role. I would stay away, my entire team 6 months later has mostly been let go now.

Pros

I met the best people who I will keep in touch with all my life both colleagues and members. I learnt to multitask and manage difficult situations.

Cons

There was bullying and instances of harassment by few of the members(not all). Please promote on the basis of competency instead of longevity. Alot of things could have been avoided and a better working condition could have been provided if the environment was set for the same.
