Pros

Get to network and meet amazing people and if your willing to build strong connections with companies. Great place to find your next job or meet people with resources that can benefit you. Co-workers were amazing and fun, the job itself is easy work. Great space to not put in too much work and get by if your not looking to work hard.

Cons

Management/ Corporate had really unrealistic goals and expectations of community. Also if you do show you work hard they will take advantage of you and your work so its not worth it. You will be overworked if you do not set strong boundaries. Pay was extremely unfair and did not match people with similar roles. Favoritism plays a lot in your pay, your role, and promotions. Extremely unfair place to work. Everyone is "friendly" but can be very passive aggressive when expressing your concerns. Company is going through major changes and struggle maintaining holding on to their workers.
