Pros

There were some great people on the Security team.

Cons

-A lot of favoritism in the security group. -Some in the group were clearly charlatans that got in early and guarded their role because they knew they would never get a similar role elsewhere. -This was back when Adam Neuman was leading it, he was obviously a charlatan and we were being promised we would be millionaires. -A hilarious company and I'm surprised it's still around.

Pros

In the beginning, WeWork was characterized by trust and open communication. The teams were almost universally good and friendly.

Cons

With each new manager change, there was more pressure, higher targets, more control and more micromanagement. In the end, every mail to customers had to be sent to the manager for approval beforehand. There was no more freedom - everyday life was characterized by control and pressure. Obstacles were put in the way of every approach to solving customer problems, but in the end it was your own fault if contracts were not extended by customers.
