A company that does not value employees

Pros

Great parties, lots of alcohol, really fun co-workers. Good opportunities for advancement as they are growing around the world.

Cons

The company doesn't care about its people, especially at the lower levels. Senior management is only looking out for themselves, and don't show employees care or respect. Blatant sexism from the 100% male leadership team.

I don’t regret it, but I wouldn’t do it again (anywhere).

Pros

WeWork has a lot of young (inexperienced) talent; if you’re mid-career looking for opportunity, there’s still some room (although that’ll prob change soon). My local team is amazing.

Cons

Total chaos. Senior management has no idea what’s its doing. Bad real estate decisions are happening across the world. Neumann’s friends are still in charge and are not good people. Honestly, this company teaches new professionals so many bad habits, it’s disgusting. House of cards comes to mind - this might be one of the biggest cons ever devised. Who knows though?!
