Business Outlook
Pros
It's a fun environment and you can do almost anything you put your mind to! Lots of room for growth and great for those that don't know what career path they want to go down (sales, community, event, account management, operations). Great PTO and pay.
Cons
It all starts from the top down and the decisions being made are not considerate of the community team who is on the frontlines and in person every day with the clients. Managers burn out just as fast as their teams. There is almost too much to do that it's impossible to feel like you have done everything you need to do.
