Great place to work

Pros

Culture: Company culture has shifted over the years and I think it's great where it's at. The company and people really value its employees and you'll see that through compensation, bonuses, and little treats throughout the years Benefit: Great benefits from health/dental, parental leave, mental health, and other resources! They offer full paid health unless you add-on. They also give you free therapy sessions which I thought was a huge plus especially in this day and age. They also have great resources for new mothers/fathers and for unexpected living situations. The work itself will differ depending on the role and building you are working out of. The best way I can put it is that the community team can be seen as receptionists with a lot more responsibility than the norm. You can really network with other small biz and grow as an individual as well.

Cons

The only con would be that the work can feel daunting if you don't have the best partners to work with. There's only so much you can do for a building that's about to fall apart when it's been built incorrectly in the first place!
