      Company culture needs work

      Pros

      Amazing people to work with, still believe in the cause, comfortable workplace design. Creator awards.

      Cons

      Company culture is terrible and has been in decline for a while, most likely due to their incredible growth and scaling over the years with no one taking the reins in employee experience. While they preach their so called values, they don't actually practice them at all. there is a huge middle management problem which will make personal growth difficult.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, good benefits, free coffee, and fun events. It's a good place to get started, but it's a place that is "too good to be true."

      Cons

      No work life balance, extremely long hours, little pay, poor management. It's run like a high school clique, and lacks proper direction. All they care about is sales, with little concern over quality.

      Pros

      Free Dinners on Monday, Beer and other drinks and snacks, Co-workers.

      Cons

      I was a temp for almost 5 months. I asked at least once a month if I was going to be eventually become permanent. Management kept giving me BS excuses. They noticed my hard work when it was convenient for them. My first 2 months here I was carrying one of my co-workers due to life issues but management did not notice. They tend to be indecisive, constantly changing things which can make your job very frustrating.
