Pros

Remote work, nice team, offices are nice if you want to go in and many locations.

Cons

CTO. Management very disconnected from how development was going for the companies apps, they didn't understand the pain points of the developers. Really bloated system of code review which made things slow, multiple checks for each PR required before merging by design, qa, project manager. Scrum/Agile dev requiring like 10 extra hours of meetings every week and slowed everything down. One of the worst code bases I've ever worked on, inherited from some Japanese outsourcing company written in PHP in archaic style.

Pros

benefits, structure, hybrid work, different locations.

Cons

leadership didn't have a clear plan for the company and changes were done weekly, causing stress. HR was not able to address any problem and normally was not trustable.

Cons

- Work beyond 9-5 (8-5 or 9-6) - Enjoyability depends on what building you're assigned, some buildings more difficult than others
