Pros
I thoroughly enjoyed WeWork. It was a very fun place to work. Very progressive and gave employees a lot of holidays off. They were even lenient during the Christmas season. Very millennial friendly. A lot of my coworkers were young, positive, open minded. They do a great job of hiring good people. I loved my manager. Bonuses were nice.
Cons
The company constantly changed policies or tried new programs and it was very exhausting. It felt like too many cooks on the kitchen sometimes. Printers were comstantly breaking and it made the members really frustrated. Even with all the constant changes, the job felt monotonous at times. Being there for a year felt like three.
